The short version: we only collect what you type into the enquiry form, we only use it to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
Who we are
Roadmapped is an Irish sales-systems consultancy based in Kilkenny, Ireland. For the purposes of the GDPR, Roadmapped is the data controller for any personal data you give us through this website. You can reach us at gary@roadmapped.ie or +353 56 782 0377.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, company name and message. That's all. We don't collect anything else about you, and this site uses no tracking cookies or analytics.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a conversation you've started with us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to businesses that contact us, and taking steps at your request before any contract. We don't sell your data, share it with marketers, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored securely with the hosting and email providers that run this website, who act as data processors on our behalf. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we're working together — in which case normal business records apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to us using it. Email gary@roadmapped.ie and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dpc.ie) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
